Our boiler went, as it does, at the most inconvenient time – about a week before Christmas. Charlie had done some work for us previously so he was our first port of call. He came round within about two hours and was so helpful. After draining the radiator and making sure everything was safe for us in the house, we then needed to talk about replacing our big old boiler, and Charlie was happy to talk us through the pro’s and con’s associated with combination boilers. Not only did he help us to choose the most cost effective and highest quality options, he also completed the fitting of the new boiler and the kitchen was spotless again by Christmas Eve.
